WORMHOLE SUPPORT
Wormhole is a multiplayer retro space shooter: pilot your ship, scoop up powerups, hurl them down your opponents' wormholes, and outlast every other pilot. It runs in the browser at wormhole.deepegg.com and as an app on iOS and Android.
COMMON QUESTIONS
Do I need an account? No. You're dropped straight into the lobby with a randomly generated pilot call sign, nothing to sign up for, nothing to remember. Tap the 🎲 to roll a different call sign.
The game won't connect. Check that your network allows WebSocket connections (some corporate or school networks block them), then try again. If a match was in progress, your ship may have met a wormhole in the meantime.
How do the touch controls work? Two thumbs: one steers with a 360° ring (point where you want to aim, and the outer rim adds thrust), and the other works the fire buttons. You can move and resize everything, and swap left/right handedness, under Settings › Touch controls, which opens a practice arena to try changes live. Your layout is saved on that device only.
